3DM S.r.l. produces and processes precision mechanical components to customer specifications.
In order to achieve greater customer satisfaction and to optimise the management of the company, the Quality Management System according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 has been implemented following the 3DM's quality policy:
FOCUS ON THE CUSTOMER AND ON THE PARTS TO BE PROCESSED
3DM S.r.l. is focused on understanding the buyers’ needs and plans all activities to fully satisfy them. The aim is to be flexible in order to meet the various requirements of the market and to supply quality products while respecting delivery times and agreed costs.
The customer always comes first in every business process and the employees are the main resource.
PROCESS APPROACH
3DM S.r.l. wants, through a process approach, to identify, plan, execute and verify all activities and their interactions. In this way, will be identified the factors that can lead to the deviation of the product quality from the expected results. An evaluation system controls and eliminates these factors in order to achieve continuous improvement because it takes into account the organisational performance, social and economic impact of the activities.

The management of 3DM s.r.l. involves actively every employee by communicating, motivating and supporting the work and the company vision.
RISK AND OPPORTUNITY ASSESSMENT
3DM S.r.l. applies the following criteria in its quality management system:
Methods of the PDCA cycle for planning, implementation, control and continuous improvement of every single business process. Risk-based thinking to identify risks in advance and seize opportunities as they arise.

3DM S.r.l. pays great attention to the improvement of its human resources by constantly improving the level of training, with the aim of making the company grow in terms of know-how, professionalism and satisfaction. The involvement of every employee is a primary strategic element.

3DM S.r.l., through the application of its Quality Management System, strives for continuous improvement of the company organisation and the skills of its employees.
The Management of 3DM S.r.l. entrusts to the Quality Management System Manager with the following tasks:
- ensuring that the company policy is disseminated and understood through specific training;
- applying the guidelines through inspections;
- compliance through audits and commitment to the implementation and awareness of the whole company;
- checking their validity during the management review.
